Project Submissions

In the In-Between welcomes project submissions for portfolio features, interviews, and photobook reviews. All submissions remain on file for 1 year and are reviewed 4 times annually. All photographic genres are considered for publication.

If accepted, your work will be published on In the In-Between, shared with our Facebook page, announced in a quarterly email newsletter, and maintained in our archive.  We also keep you on our radar for special projects.

In the In-Between is a platform that introduces new and original photographic projects to photo-editors, publishers, gallerists, curators, educators, and the contemporary photography field at-large.

A $10 submission fee is required for project submissions. Please follow the submission guidelines carefully.

Submission Materials

  • 10-15 images (72 dpi, 1000px on longest side)
  • Project statement (500 word max) (.doc or PDF)
  • Bio/CV (.doc or PDF)

  • 10-15 images. 72 dpi @ 1000px on longest side. Project Statement. Bio/CV. Title/caption list (optional). Images must be under 1 MB in size in order to upload.
